Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060i Built-In Grill with Rotisserie Back Burner Powered by four of Fire Magic's exclusive stainless steel "E" burners, the Echelon Diamond E1060i delivers up to 145,000 BTUs through isolated cooking zones that let you grill at different temperatures. Designed to be built-in to an outdoor kitchen, this grill has it all with four main burners putting out 112,000 BTUs, two 15,000 BTU infrared back burners, and 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids that evenly distribute heat and vaporize drippings, eliminating flare-ups while enhancing the natural smoke flavor of your meal. The double-walled hood seals in the heat and the push-button hot surface ignition fires up in any weather. There is a state-of-the-art digital thermometer with meat probe, a wood chip smoker with its own 3,000 BTU burner, and internal halogen lights that are controlled by an auto-off switch when the grill hood is closed. You also get a rotisserie kit that includes a super high-torque motor, stainless steel spit rod, two meat forks, and a counter balance. This grill operates on your choice of natural ( NG ) or propane ( LP ) gas. The LP unit is powered by a 20 lb. cylinder ( not included ) and it comes with a hose and regulator. This unit also requires 110V for the ignition, lights, rotisserie, and other components. Choose either four stainless steel burners, four infrared burners, or a combination of three stainless steel and one infrared burner.
