Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060s Grill with Cart and Power BurnerPowered by four Fire Magic "E" series stainless steel burners, the Echelon Diamond E1060s delivers up to 145,000 BTUs over isolated cooking zones that let you grill at different temperatures. This grill has four main burners that cook with 112,000 BTUs, two 15,000 BTU infrared back burners, and 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids that evenly distribute heat and vaporize drippings, eliminating flare-ups while enhancing the natural smoke flavor of your meal. You also get a 60,000 BTU power side burner that lets you expand your cooking surface and capabilities. The side burner sports two double-ring burners, one with 40,000 BTUs, the other with 20,000 BTUs. The grill head features a double-walled hood that seals in the heat along with a push-button hot surface ignition that fires up in any weather. This unit also comes with a state-of-the-art digital thermometer with meat probe, a wood chip smoker with its own 3,000 BTU burner, and internal halogen lights that are controlled by an auto-off switch when the grill hood is closed. This grill operates on your choice of natural gas ( NG ) or propane ( LP ). The NG unit comes with a 10-foot quick disconnect hose, the LP unit is powered by a 20 lb. cylinder ( not included ) and it comes with a hose and regulator. The unit also requires 110V for the ignition, lights, rotisserie, and other components. Choose either four stainless steel burners, four infrared burners, or a combination of three stainless steel and one infrared burner. Other options include a Magic View Window that lets you check on your food without lifting the hood. The cart that comes with this grill is constructed of stainless steel and features insulated storage doors and drawers, a retractable tool holder, a paper towel holder, a fold-down shelf, four heavy-duty locking swivel casters, and more.
