ProFire Professional PF Series 36-Inch Gas Grill with Cart The ProFire Professional PF Series 36-Inch Gas Grill with Cart delivers up to 87,500 BTUs over a 714 square inch cooking surface for a spacious, versatile way to cook a meal and entertain friends. This ultra high-heat grill boasts traditional stainless steel burners and optional infrared burners to give you different cooking zones for the ultimate in grilling flexibility. The infrared burners have the added advantages of heating up quickly and delivering an intense heat that cooks faster and reduces flare-ups by instantly vaporizing drippings. With this grill you get 5/16-inch thick stainless steel cooking grids spaced to allow cooking of even small items like seafood and vegetables. You also get distinctive flavor plates that distribute heat evenly over the cooking surface to give you a great barbecue flavor without flare-ups. Other features on this grill include an electronic start, a dual-purpose thermometer, and a stainless steel smoker tray. Options with this grill include either natural gas or propane fuel models and conventional or hybrid burner configurations. The conventional burner configuration delivers 66,000 BTUs over six traditional stainless steel burners while the hybrid configuration delivers 54,000 BTUs over four traditional stainless steel burners and two infrared burners. You can also choose to equip your grill with an 11,500 BTU infrared rear burner with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit. This stainless steel grill head with lid comes with a quality stainless steel 36-inch cart. The cart features two stainless steel fold-down side shelves. Natural gas grills will be shipped with a cart that includes a 12-foot hose with quick disconnect, while propane grills will be shipped with a cart featuring a liquid propane tank slide-out drawer.
